“You may have seen some changes to the consistency of our wet food recently but we believe that this has now been resolved. The recipe has remained the same but we have now changed to a cold fill production method. This has halved the production time meaning that we are using less energy and water and therefore reducing our carbon footprint. This has also resulted in an improved product consistency from start to finish, creating a firm and moist diet that is easily broken up. We have also worked hard to get the seal integrity correct so that they are easily opened while creating an effective protective and preservative cover.”
